Salem Temple
The Salem Temple was started in December 1997 in Cacaveli which is located in Agoè, on the outskirts of the capital city. The first church services were held on the premises of Mawulolo, a private school, under the leadership of Brother Albert, a member of the Ebenezer Temple. It was later moved to Coussinet, another private school, for a very short period of time because of opposition from the founder of the said school, then in the year 2000 to a rented property where the church has remained to this day. Brothers Albert and Essan (also from the Ebenezer Temple) were instrumental in the planting of this church.
Today, this church is under threat of closure. Proprietors are demanding that the property be either purchased or vacated by August 2015. Please pray for this work! Pastor Dine John Hounake, a graduate of our Bible College, serves there as pastor.
